Terms & Conditions for Distribution

Distributer must undertake to fully committed to the following terms & conditions for distribution and sales of Ragazco LPG Cylinders in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), and must be fully responsible for the consequences of failure to implement what came in the terms and conditions undertakings.  Distributer will not be entitled to the direct sale of Ragasco LPG Cylinders unless otherwise the completion of the following conditions:-

  1. Receipt of a letter of approval from the Municipal Civil Defense, to the concerned point of sale for the sale of Ragasco LPG Cylinders.
  2. Obtain a permit from the Ministry of Commerce for the sale of Ragasco LPG Cylinders.
  3. I pledge to abide by the terms of security, safety and regulations of the Saudi Civil Defense, Municipal , Local Authorities, Ragasco, HAZAR and Leyan Al-Sharq Trading Co.
  4. I pledge to provide enough space to display the cylinder with full visibility to consumers at all my points of sale.
  5. I pledge to devote a special truck to move Ragasco LPG Cylinders and fix on its side a great promotional demonstration as designed by the exclusive agent (Leyan Al-Sharq).
  6. I pledge to provide the labor required for the activity during the first month of signing the distribution agreement.
  7. I pledge to use professionals qualified and trained to good use and circulation of this unique type of cylinders.
  8. I undertake to train all my staff above for a qualification certificate from Hazar & Leyan Al-Sharq showing a pass training for dealing with this amazing cylinders.
  9. I pledge to the management of my points of sale in a professional beyond the level required to maintain the reputation of Ragasco, Hazar, and Leyan Al-Sharq Trading Co.
  10. I undertake to promptly inform Leyan Al-Sharq Trading Co on any damaged Ragasco LPG Cylinders and I undertake to make a request for replacement; and I pledge not to sell, distribute or market to others, and if happened I will be the sole responsible for all and any consequences caused by the damaged cylinders.
  11. I pledge to renew all my staff & company's licenses and permits for the activity of all local Saudi departments.
  1. I undertake to sell Ragasco LPG Cylinders only at the approved and agreed points of sale which are specified in the distribution agreement signed with the exclusive agent LEYAN Al-Sharq Trading Co.
  2. I undertake to sell only at the same price that is agreed upon with the exclusive agent LEYAN Al-Sharq Trading Co.
  3. I pledge to follow the correct Saudi standards for packaging, storing, transporting, and distributing of Ragasco LPG Cylinders and as per the guidance of Hazar and the exclusive agent LEYAN Al-Sharq Trading Co.
  4. I undertake to maintain continuously enough filled Ragasco LPG Cylinders that is available at all times for the consumers.
  5. I Undertake to establish effective planning and coordination with the exclusive agent LEYAN Al-Sharq Trading Co. for the future needs and an ongoing basis.
  6. I pledge to fully adhere to the signed distribution agreement with the exclusive agent LEYAN Al-Sharq Trading Co. and to fulfill the distribution responsibilities and commitment to the fullest extend without any failure.
  7. I undertake to provide the exclusive agent LEYAN Al-Sharq Trading Co. with all the information and data relating to Ragasco LPG Cylinders including the public views, feedback and interests.
  8. I promise to abide by the confidentiality of information exchanged in between me (including my staff) and the exclusive agent LEYAN Al-Sharq Trading Co.
  9. I promise to abide by Saudi safety regulations and general appearance of my workers and staff at all the warehouse, stores, and workplaces.
  10. I undertake to fully insure my concerned staff, vehicles, and stores of Ragasco LPG Cylinders against accidents and risks as per the regulations of the Saudi Authorities, Hazar, and the exclusive agent LEYAN Al-Sharq Trading Co.
  11. I undertake to abide by all the Saudi Regulations in force concerning the handling, distribution, storage, and sales of Gas Cylinders.
  12. I promise to provide after-sales service to any\all consumers of Ragasco LPG Cylinders for the maximum customer satisfaction.
  13. I Undertake to fix the approved promotional brochures and posters for Ragasco LPG Cylinders in visible places that can be easily reached by all consumers.

If agreed on above then you may fill in the Distribution Questionnaire (for the template) and then sign the Distribution Agreement with the exclusive agent LEYAN Al-Sharq Trading Co., then you will get an official letter written\signed\stamped by Receipt of a letter written by the exclusive agent LEYAN Al-Sharq permitting you to proceed for selling above Ragasco LPG Cylinder at specified points to ensure the best spread of points allover Riyadh Area.  For any further illustration please goto => Contact Us link
